Hotline 119 – Centro informasaun COVID-19

Objective

The COVID-19 Information Centre works 24 hours a day. The 119 Centres were established on 21 March 2020, and performed the main tasks of responding to the call and providing information to the community as well as coordinating information related to COVID-19, as follows:

  1. Evacuation of Ambulance Covid-19.

Coordinate information from the community, Quarantine Facility, Isolation and Visilance for support in the evacuation of suspects or Confirmed Covid-19 cases.

  • Information on COVID-19, Consult COVID-19, COVID-19 prevention and COVID-19 text.

  1. Coordination of Infrastructure Related to Campaign.
  • Vaccine AZ, SinoVac & Pfijer
  • Adversa reaction of the Az, SinoVac and Pfijer vaccine.
  1. COVID-19 Monitoring: Enlighten information to the Watchtower and Police.
  • Unquarantine, Quarantine at home (Self quarantine), Quarantine at the location decided by the MdS.
  1. Suspects of COVID-19: Deliver information to Surveillance.
  • Cough, fever and shortness of breath, came from abroad or affected area of ​​COVID-19, has contact with a positive person of COVID-19 and still did not enter the quarantine facility

  1. A request for support to pntl services to act disturbance in the community.
